RETURNS POLICY

You can give notice of cancellation for products ordered www.lamssaclinics.com from the date of receiving the ordered goods until 3 days after the day on which you receive your products.

In order to begin the returns process, please contact Lamsa Clinic Customer Service at +966126614000 (Available Sat –Thursday, 10.00 AM –10.00 PM) to request a return authorization and return instructions. Any returns received without a return authorization will be unable to be processed. we encourage you to utilize a method of shipment which allows for tracking of the package.

Please note, refunds will exclude any and all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Any returns made after the 3-days period are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be made only to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product.

Lamsa clinic will only accept the return of products originally purchased through the Lamsa Clinic website. Please Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Lamsa Clinic. Lamsa Clinic reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. Lamsa Clinic is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
